We pride ourselves on using organic flour, free range eggs, milk from the local farm, patience and skills. No additives, enhancers or emulsifiers are used in our products. Made from scratch weekly with locally sourced ingredients. We are very careful about using compostable or recyclable packaging. Supporting the local community by donating our leftovers to Crowborough Community Pantry and sponsoring local charities with raffle prizes.

About us

Originally from Belgium Laura Verbeek moved to London to train as a contemporary dancer. After a very fulfilling life in the performing arts, she started baking in 2016 as a hobby to fill her time whilst on maternity leave with 2 children under two years old. A success story 10 years down the line with a great diversity of savoury and sweet products suitable to many different diet requirements.

Fresh Dough make THE best pain au chocolat I have ever had! My friend loves the sausage rolls and I get something new each time I'm at the market. Most recent purchase was some amaretti biscuits, I'm already planning to get more as Christmas presents, plus another bag for me. I love the croissants and cheese scones as well.
