All handmade, with organic flour, locally sourced milk and free range eggs. All our products containing chocolate are made with high quality Callebaut from Belgium.

frozen almond croissants are also  available to purchase online so you can enjoy them all week long! Just bake them from frozen for 15-20 minutes at 180C fan. A Cool box is provided with the pastries in order to keep them frozen. Please return the box on your next delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
