200g Fresh Dough Ferment

Get some of Fresh Dough's own (solid) ferment to make your sourdough loaves at home.

It's just like a pet. Don't forget to feed it: 100% ferment, 100% water, 200% white bread flour.

I can give you some more instructions to keep your ferment going if needed. However, there are no bread recipes included as I believe it is too complex to only write it down. You are welcome to register your interest to one of my sourdough workshops as soon as Covid-19 is over!
