Almond croissant

Almond croissants are our most popular pastries sold at the moment. We use good quality ground almond to make our almond cream and add some crème pâtissière to make it even smoother. 

Ingredients: ground almond, wheat flour, milk, water, salted butter, eggs, sugar, fresh yeast, vanilla extract, salt.

Allergens: Gluten, milk, eggs, nuts.

We prioritise quality over profit and don't cheat on ingredients to provide the best products. Unfortunately almond and butter prices have shooted through the roof so we have had to increase our price on this particular product to keep our business financially sustainable.
