White seeded bread

Seeds keep the moisture of the bread a bit longer and it add a lot of texture and flavour. We make our white seeded bread using organic white wheat flour and a blend of 5 seeds. 

Ingredients: flour, water, fresh yeast, sunflower seeds, oats, millet, malted wheat flakes, barley flakes.

Allergens: gluten.

Please note that we also manufacture walnut bread. We are very careful and clean all our work surfaces, utensils and accessories to avoid cross contamination.
